It all begins with a simple conversation. Call us or fill in our contact form and we'll get back to you promptly to understand what you're hoping to achieve.
Home Site Visit
One of our experienced project managers visits your home to assess the space and explore possibilities together. We'll discuss design options and give you honest, transparent high-level costings.
Design Drawings
We create detailed, tailored design drawings based on everything we've discussed — bringing your vision to life on paper. A small nominal fee applies at this stage, which is fully credited if you proceed.
Job Scheduled
Once you've approved your design, we lock in your installation date at a time that suits you. We're flexible and can accommodate any last-minute refinements before work begins.
Materials & Sanitaryware Ordered
You're welcome to source your own sanitaryware, or let us handle it for you — we often secure better rates thanks to our supplier relationships. Every product is carefully selected to match your design.
Work Begins
Our skilled team arrives on schedule and gets to work, stripping back the old and building the new. We keep noise, disruption and mess to an absolute minimum throughout.
Installation in Progress
This is where your bathroom truly comes to life. We rebuild from the ground up — walls, substructure, tiling, plumbing and fixtures — all installed with precision and care. Your project manager is available to you every single day.
Final Reveal & Aftercare
The moment you've been waiting for — your stunning new bathroom, complete and perfect. We return 7–10 days later to check everything is exactly as you'd hoped and to make sure you're truly delighted.
